I am proud of myself for holding off food today until about 5:30pm. Dinner came around and though I have this amazing excuse to not eat dinner with my family (my meds led to an upset tummy- mom buys it every time.) I still gave in.
I had a small piece of lasagna and some corn.
Later, I was hungry from not eating much at dinner and sad about eating anything at all that I had a Ramon. I made the liquid part of the soup and cracked a few noodles in there because I’m stupid. Actually, alone, this one isn’t bad on the calorie count. It does have a lot of sodium though.
The worst thing today, if not that lasagna, were the chips I had. I had quite a few, but I only licked off the seasoning. I didn’t eat the chip itself which I am sure saved many calories, but again… way too much sodium!
I need to be 230lbs by the 5th! I wont get there at this rate.
